I've been having a tough situation with a very difficult neighbor I have. She insults me because of certain misunderstandings we've had regarding the management of the building and things have gone difficult ao we've had a couple of arguments. I also have replied to her and said bad things I won't deny it. She is not really a very normal person. She creates fake profiles toharass me and things like that. Last night while we run into her and tired of her hiding in her apartment to insult me Isaid "it is disgusting". Immediately she reacted telling me to shut up and other stufff. My husband who was next to said nothing he just continued walking. It felt really bad. I mean I wasn't expecting him to argue with her but at least to ask her to stop this. Do you think he should have supported me? Am I over reacting?

I didn't read all the issues you have with the neighbour, sorry. BUT your partner should always support you in front of other people, no matter if you are in the wrong or others. When you two are alone and only then he should tell you if he doesn't agree with you. That's why it's called a "partner", must always have your back.
i didn't expect, nor need her validation. once when i sided with her opponent she said i must support my partner. i told her if you believe that rule then DO it, support me... (that you were wrong).
