When I was married, it was as simple as chilling in bed together on weekends in the morning watching videos on his phone. Him making tea for the two of us in the morning, leaving me a cup. Telling each other the truth. Holding each other accountable. Cracking jokes about situations at the grocery store. Listening to each other. Giving each other attention when you needed to be heard. Respecting each other's wishes. Communicating. Even when you're working from home, doing homework, sometimes you just go to the person, give them a kiss or ruffle their hair. Always believing in them. Where even if you're having a hard time, and feel super low, you guys have each other. Cause that's the way it works, cause you choose to. Because you want to.
Always on a lot of it, with a few exceptions. Not just keep it light, but realize when to be serious as well. Believe in each other. Put each other first. And the overall point is: you do all of this, because you both are each other's strength. Enjoy the time, the other person, and their company. It's the little things that can really do wonders for the other person and stay with them. It's what's right for you, them, and your relationship.
Our connection. Me and my partner also been through something tragic that instead of breaking us up made us stronger and closer to each other. He's the right person for me.
Last week I was thinking about making waffles and scrambled eggs for supper. When I got home my wife had already made the batter and she was waiting for me to come home. This happens all the time.
On my relationship with money it keeps me up. and energized I love that green bill

I never considered me special. I'm just another fish in the sea. And it's too early in the relationship to know if I belong or not. If I can always be myself and feel good when being around him, maybe then I feel like I belong together with that man.
It appears you're still going through the exploration and discovery phase of your relationship. Hopefully, you'll feel special to your partner and believe this is where you belong within a short period of time. Don't linger with hope indefinitely if he's not showing you what you're looking for in a relationship. A relationship is based on what is, not the potential of what could or should be.
Don't put yourself down. You may not see what makes you special to others, but that doesn't mean they don't see it. When we view ourselves, we tend to just notice what is different from yesterday, and everything else just seems to melt into oblivion. Hopefully, your partner realizes the importance of acknowledging the specifics of what he appreciates about you. Constant "I love yous" will never be more meaningful than "I love waking up next to you, feeling your warmth and knowing you feel safe enough to allow vulnerability with me."
Now there is what I can agree on. What makes someone special to others.
But I read it as I am special and he should take me like I am. I am just a person like you. You see me in the super market, all I should be to everyone is just another customer. I can't cut in line. I am not a VIP, I am the same as everyone else.
I don't go dating on a high horse expecting him to say yes to me, Annie the Almighty. Like everyone else I need to earn that respect, that spot. I am not special.
I'm in a bigamy with my fridge and my bed. They're always supportive and warm.
He treats me wonderfully
What specifically do you see as wonderful? It's not uncommon for people to use vague, general terms and expect others to understand. If you tell him he is wonderful, he'll have no idea what he does that you truly appreciate. The more he understands what you appreciate, the greater the likelihood he'll continue that behavior.
How nice he is to me and how in tune he is to my feelings. He knows what I mean.
