If a relationship started from something more relaxed but ended up more commited, is it ok if one of them sleeps with someone else after 10days apart?

After a while, without addressing it, we were a lot more committed, she also started sleeping at my place for many weeks straight. After going on vacation, 10 days later she sleeps with someone else, claiming it was an open relationship to her. Is this considered cheating?

Not specifically but from the end of April we rtatted seeing each other almost every day, to the point she was sleeping at my place everyday. she was also constantly worried I might be talking to other girls,
