Should I continue my relationship if my boyfriend broke his promise by not giving me the full amount of money to buy a new phone?

My boyfriend and I have been in a relation for 1 year and 2 months. At the beginning of the year I asked him if he had a phone he didn’t use that he can give me. As soon as I got it , I told him I didn’t want it because everyone has it. However, he offered giving me money to buy it. It’s been months since I’ve been waiting for it , I was insistent with him , telling me when he was giving me the money. Months have past , I got frustrated , told him it was over for lying to me , but we didn’t break up. The second time , it was over the same thing , but like I said we didn’t break up because I knew he can change is lying ways. A few weeks ago he gave me 1k , I wanted 2.2k so I asked him where the rest was. I told him he was loosing me to his bs , until he started telling me how he was used in the past blah blah blah , it was excuses. Yesterday , I almost broke up with him again because he hasn’t sent me the other 1.2k. And today again , I told him I was done with his bs lies and how I couldn’t be with some one who doubts about me and lies. Then again we didn’t break up , I gave him another chance because I know he can change and not disappoint me again. Now he is talking to me all cold. Should I leave my relationship?
