How to make my boyfriend do things even when I say no?

Okay, hear me out, i know it probably sounds weird! But-

Me and my boyfriend are together for approximately 6 months and i love him and believe he loves me too. We have a nice relationship but we're long distance. It gets hard at times but i love him so it's okay. The main thing is, i grew up never accepting help ot anything from anyone. Worked hard to get my own things and bought my own house at 25. But lately i have a lot of financial and sort of mental problems so I'm not doing very well financially. My boyfriend somehow overheard a conversation i was having with my friend, assuming due to a glitch on whatsapp. So he knows that i can't get a lot of things. He loves games, so do i but i just can't afford to get some right now. He offered to get me many things but i always say no because I'm not used to getting things from others. But lately it's been bugging me that i can't fo things he likes because of my situation. So i thought, okay, i will try to accept his offer. But i couldn't. Anyone that has ideas how i can approach it? I wanted to tell him how i think but i really couldn't bring myself because i fear i might break into tears. So please, help me

So, I dated a woman once. She was in the same situation, lived about an hour away. But she lived with her two kids and another married couple. So, she always came to my place to visits. But it got to the point that she could even afford gas to come visit.

She was never completely honest with me about the severity of her finical situation, so by the time I found out on my own, I felt lied to honestly. She refused to allow me to help in any way, but I was not offering to buy things, or give her money and she did not want that for the same reasons as you. But I wanted to help her balance out her finances and allow me to help her create a budget and spend plan.

She wanted nothing to do with that. We broke up, and that was too bad because I cared about her, and other then the money issues she was a great person.

Honestly, I do not know what to tell you as far as what you should do. I mean I totally understand not wanting to take money. But at the same time, I would say this... be as honest and transparent as possible about it. If you try to hide it, then you will destroy his trust in you.

Those were my last words to Carrie. If have not been honest with me this whole time, so what else are you not telling me? What else do I not know that I should know? She started crying, saying I cannot do this, anymore and that was the last thing she said to me.

tell yourself that he offers because he loves you so you should accept especially when you can't do the things he likes, that is reason to accept

Just try to take it as a compliment that he likes you.
