How should I react to phone use during important conversations? (Tomboy who respects men & not wanting to act like classic nagging wife )?

Context: I recently found out about infidelity towards me from my male partner of just over 7 years. I wanted to ask him questions to ease my mind about trusting them again but he never puts his phone down and continues to play a game on his phone.

He works all day and I am off work presently, but am receiving money so we both contribute 50/50 in our relationship.

Dear guys: Am I being "phubbed" (ignored for cellphone) and just fade slowly away from relationship

Or

Should I be understanding and give him space since this is time away from work, and perhaps wait for the weekend to try and gain his attention?

Thank you for any advice in advance, I just don't want to be a bad partner but I feel betrayed for what I found out less than a week ago and feel like I could at least have a conversation if he is serious to not stray again.

I'd let him go , there is zero point carrying on with this relationship, he strayed then all he can do is sit there and play games on a phone ( horrendous behavior anyway ) , look it's obvious he does want to be there.
Set him free , far too painful going on with this bs.

I have no idea why, but I was hoping I would have been told I was wrong in this scenario.. only because of familiarity do I stay but at the same time feel I deserve love regardless. All of my possessions are in another location, I only at this time linger to try and see if there is any hopeful redemption to be had. I also stay because I tried so hard to "hold the fort" and because of events... I was the one that lost love. I was the one that had to move out and have all of my possessions stuffed into garbage bags. I linger so that I can spend time with our combined pets, 2x cats and a bunny. I tried so hard and have to give up so very much.
I know what you gave to me as advice is the true way to go, one day eventually I will have to walk away for good No matter who or what I lose... as long as I make it out alive to start all over again.

If it matters, the game in question cannot be "paused" and relies on focus and strategy. (Magic the Gathering Arena, I think?)

Yes, I will miss them but it doesn't make sense for it to be a reason to stay. It is just a strange scenario right now as I moved out, but am still within the same apartment building and everytime I try to leave for good, I keep pulling myself back in like a hooked fish to bait.
