This is a long one, please bare with me.
My boyfriend came to my place to talk. He entered my security complex by tailgating and the guard on duty stopped him, it turned into a heated argument where my boyfriend started swearing and losing his temper. The guard let him go and he came to my house. He was so angry and I asked him if he still wanted to talk as he was so mad, he said yes. I told him I had been thinking for a while and we arnt ready to move in together. He wasn't happy about this and got really upset when I explained why I thought we weren't ready. Security pitched at my door to complain about what he did and his behavior. Long story short, he got too agro and I asked him to please leave my house. He drove down to the gate and the security wouldn't let him leave due to the rules that I would have to let him out. He swore at them and lost his temper. I came down to the gate and saw he had caused such a crowd with all my neighbours watching him. I opened the gate and asked him to please get out before they call the cops. I went to the security later and apologised for how he yelled at him etc.
My boyfriend now feels I betrayed him and he can't trust me ever again because I apologised on his behalf. He has verbally abused me so badly over the last 3 days to a point I had to block him. I've never seen him this angry and I also know he lost a loved on a month ago and his job and been dealing with a lot. I am always by his side supporting him for the last year but I am so hurt at the things he has said to me.
Did I really betray him? I feel I was trying protect me and my daughters home so we didn't get kicked out because of his actions.
