If someone can't explain why they fell in love with you are they full of garbage?

We have gotten to the point where anyone can easily say ''I love you'' but few people can actually explain why and what exactly (besides feelings and intimacy) do they love about the person.

Not at all. Love is not based on logic, it's an emotion. And emotions just happen.

In particular, one rarely knows why they love someone, they only know that they do.

So that's just infatuation? If so that can fade eventually and break-ups happen afterwards once you get a full view of the person and their flaws.

I can explain why I love the person but I won’t say it to him if he doesn’t ask me. It’s private, it’s not something you tell out of the blue to people “I love him because.. bla bla” just HE/SHE should know why you love

If they need to explain it to you, you already have a problem. Some things don't need words.

But many times an ''I love you'' out of blues for no reason at all, just feelings can be confused for infatuation and lust. Then once that fades, you actually see the real person and their flaws. If it leads to an break-up afterwards then your love declaration was worthless and it wasn't actual love.

It's sad that people confused emotions and love for lust. They get intimate and really think they're in love but that stage eventually fades and it causes lots of break-ups afterwards.
