If you had to compare relationship status to a company/job position, what would it be like?

I'm comparing relationship status to a company or job positions. What do you think would be the equivalent in a company or job? This is how I think it would be like:

For instance an acquaintance or platonic friend might be a regular customer coming to buy at your company once in a while. A friends with benefits or random ONS is a customer that only comes after the discount and coupons, but never buys anything. Prolonged dating and just living together is your long-term employee; entry-level job. You can kick them out any moment because they're just coming to work and earn money but not really contributing meaningful projects to a corporation. Engagement can be either a supervisor or management status; more responsibilities, higher earning, privileges, etc. Married, either owner or co-owner of the company. Break-up or divorced, you got fired. Blocked, you're blacklisted or reported... more than just fired, they never want to see you ever again.
