How would you feel in this work situation?

The director/owner takes whatever time he wants off and he is dating my co worker they take every Thursday and Friday off and once a month a whole week at a time

its a high pressure job i deal with the public as well as admin background work

Also my manager works part time until 1pm

I am left alone a lot, I have to manage the whole office myself and the pressure is a lot
What do you think. Would you stay?

Know myself I wouldn't stay unless that's all you have income-wise coming in but that is totally wrong all that shows is that he's lazy and all he cares about getting one thing

I would not stay.
Boss can-do whatever he wants but I wouldn't carry all of the responsibility by myself.
