I believe the reason why so many relationships or marriages crumple is because the genders are trying to outdo one another, to turn this into a competition. Bad move.

For instance a fork and a knife shouldn't be fighting one another. While the knife cuts your steak, the forks helps select what you're going to eat. They have different fuctions, different needs but complement each other so well. Same with the genders.

Why would I want to compete with a man? Or vice-versa? We're suppose to make each other feel better and embrace the differences. If I want to argue, compete or fight, then might as well do it with another woman.

Here is a reality and biology check: there is no such competition because a man on average outperforms a woman in general because of obvious biological reasons (men are stronger, faster, less prone to being irrational, better leadership, do not have monthly period that halters their performance, etc.). That is why top hardest labour (both physically as mentally) are filled by 99% men. That is why top performers in pretty much all kinds of sports are dominated by men. You almost never see a man trying his best to be better at something especially physically related to women. It is women nowadays aka feminists who are so obsessed being men. Most of them resent not being a man because of the biological advantages that men have (strength, rationality, speed, etc). If men and women truly were equal, then there would be no need for the evil force behind the mainstream media to create feminism and other “girl power” propaganda like “female empowerment “ articles and songs to generate revenue from those women in the first place. You see, the evil force, the ones that are shaking the jar are behind all these tensions.

I don't think that those who marry are necessarily competing with one another... To a degree, your knife and fork metaphor is very close to what they are... But considering that metaphor, there are a variety of flatware involved in the table setting of life; add free will to the flatware (an automated set of flatware) and you'll see where the confusion starts to arise. It's not so much competitiveness within the relationship, but sociological confusion prior that leads folks not to know which bit of flatware to use for what so they improvise...

I think you are 100% correct. At least 4 times a day I'm confronted with women that have issues finding a man and almost every time, they're acting like a man. He'd go gay if he wanted a man. She might be physically attractive still as a woman, so yes, he will have sex with her, but she's dropped her femininity down the toilet with how she is as a person.

Thus it's just arguments, competition, or fights... which men and women shouldn't really be having any of that with each other. Yes, you should be with someone that brings happiness into your life not misery , if you are with someone that is constantly arguing with you and fighting with you , you are best to walk to other way , if it’s a consistent thing. All relationships have a dominant and submissive, and one party is always using the other.
So male-female relationships have devolved into two parties each trying to get something from the other and "win" the encounter.
