What would you do if your partner (in a long distance relationship) is not giving u enough attention?

I am in relationship with this girl since last 2 months but we have been friend since last 11 months.
I got to know her as my best friends girlfriend but they had a falling out and they broke up 10 months back and after these two got over each other. They became good friends.
As a friend I knew her a lot she said almost all her insecurities and person experience is with me same goes for my best friend so unknowingly I develop some premature feeling for this girl at least a week before we decided to go out.
She has gone through some toxic relationships and has at least 3 ex's who she is still friends with ( from what I know only two that too not much).
I am in love with her but we go to different colleges and she is 3 years older than me and this is my first relationship.
I am insecure about the following things:
1. She is still in talks with all her ex as friends.
2. We are apart for two long at instances because of each others college and I am also doing my own business on the side. We only talk on video calls but I have seen her call me less nowadays.
3. I introduced her to my at least three weeks back but I have not seen her trying to do the same.
4. She will be starting her office in abroad and are long distance relationship would be stretched even further.
5. We have not taken the next step to be physically intimate on a deeper level you know what... she offers it to me sometimes but because we don't have that much time we are not able to go through it.
