We live in a studio and due to some stuff that happened, he abandoned me for seven months (still paid his half of rent). Now he’s back and forth in the apartment and I don’t want him here. I move out in two weeks so would it be wrong of me to tell him to stay away until I move? He’s been crashing on her couch or a friends place.

Apartment is in his name but he’s always gone. He’ll still be here after I’m gone.

No you aren’t wrong , but understand it’s his place if he is paying the bills , so you can’t kick him out of his place , so if you can’t stand being around him , you are best to find other places to stay u til you are ready to leave
