I really need advice, my brother stated to me that he doesn't love me?

My 19 year old brother is kind of mean to me. I'm not perfect by any means but I don't really profess negative things over his life, the way he does me. He would also claim to speak conviction over my character, sayings tuff like "I know you, you are a liar, you're selfish", then what finally broke the camels back for me as they say, is when he told me"ill be honest I don't love you, there isn't a reason for me to love you", mind you I've only ever told him that I love him, we've had disagreements but I never claimed he was a certain way in defintiely even though that there are things bout him I don't like. This whole situation is every emotionally charged and honestly it doesn't sit right with me, if anyone can share some insight I would deeply appreciate it

it would need to know how your parents raise you both though the years. Moms can make or break a family. If your mom never raise you both to love each other then you two will not know how to bond as siblings.
In addition, are you able to move out at 24 and have your own life rather than being a victim?
