Should I stay and rebuild trust after repeated cheating and lies?

My girlfriend cheated on me during the first week of our relationship. She has also lied to me multiple times. Every time I found out, she apologized, promised to change, and then I caught her lying again.

She has admitted that she cheated on a previous boyfriend she was with for four years. She also told me she used to date several guys at the same time.

Now, even when she tells me simple things, I automatically doubt them because of everything that’s happened. She says she’s changed, loves me, and wants me to trust her again.

If you were in my position, would you stay and try to rebuild trust, or would the repeated lies and cheating be enough to walk away?

It’s nothing short of completely stoopid to think she will change if you stay. At no time in all of human history has a person ever corrected unacceptable behavior in the absence of negative consequences.
You have done nothing but reward her bad behavior so far, by staying and believing her. Why should she change? You’re giving her everything she wants even though she’s lying and cheating. How do you imagine imposing negative consequences if you stay? There’s literally nothing you can do that she can’t make it look like you’re controlling and abusive when the sh*t really hits the fan.
So the real question is: do you want your life to get better or do you want your life to get worse?
If you want your life to get better, leave. If you want it to get worse, stay. It’s really that simple. She doesn’t respect you. She doesn’t care about you. You are just a plaything that she hasn’t completely used up yet. She will if you stay. She will ruin you and she won’t lose one minute of sleep over it.

In the first place, probably the first time I caught her cheating or lying, she'd be OUT!! I tend to build my relationships on trust. If I can't trust you implicitly, about the best we can ever be is friends.
Secondly, in your present situation, I MIGHT be willing to give her the chance to prove to me that she CAN be trusted and, this time, if she fails, out she goes!!
