for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?

Ask Christians who their leader on this earth is, someone who they would follow as closely as Jesus.

The average Christian doesn't have a good answer. They're not Christians.

This is the problem I have with religions, even secular history. People who are dead are held in higher regard than the people who are alive today who are just as human.

It's hero worship.

It's recognizing what people've done, instead of recognizing who people are. If they're dead, they're dead. No one who's dead needs to occupy anyone's mind.

This is why Jesus resurrected himself. Dead people are supposed to be forgotten.

But he said he left earth so his disciples would focus on something better than him...the Spirit within
