Do you behave differently around christian friends vs. Worldly friends vs. Work friends?

I love to post photos but I never do cause I don’t want my church to see me or take note of me

i understand the bible a lot but don’t talk during church cause I hate attention from other females which I always get when they see how much I know about scripture

I behave like a criminal who is trying to avoid being photographed on social media

At work or at public places like the bus stop or library I’m far more casual and unrestricted

I will say yes. I adjust to their culture. I will say I'm more sensitive to where they are at and try to cause less tension and uncomfortableness. With my brother we will go, "man that girl is hot" can't do that with Christian friends. At least not mine. When you go out to a restaurant, you can't simply ask work friends to take a moment for prayer. Every situation is a little different. But it's the slight things that make the difference.

When I was younger, I did behave differently around different people out of concern for how they might react. That was before social media, of course, so the stakes were lower. As I got older, I worried less what others thought of me. I also became intolerant of judgmental people; I really don't care if my nature or words offend them. I wonder that you would be judged for knowing scripture well - this is somehow a negative? Is it just because you're a woman and woman should be seen and not heard? They don't seem like people who deserve to have a say in what you do or say. It's not a good sign that non-Christians (at least non-church goers) are more accepting of who you are than those at your church. It should be the opposite.

Nope. I'm me and act the same way around everyone.

If I'm wearing a mask, I'm not being true to who I am. People won't understand why I change around a different group of people.

I'm not responsible for how other people feel. I mean them no harm, but I'm being myself. They can accept that I feel or believe differently, or not.

It just makes life simpler for me. I don't have one set of rules and mannerisms for one group, another set for different group, and a separate set for yet another. That's just exhausting.

Eh... I try to keep my behavior consistent. Every relationship is a little bit different though. I don't have any friends who my other friends would see me with and think I was a totally different person. They might wonder why I hang out with some of those people, but nothing crazy.

Most of my family are pretty religious so around them i keep it calm. I dont lie about what I think and im not gonna tell them I believe something I dont because I respect them. But im not gonna start arguments with them either. Away from my religious family though all bets are off. Im going to outspoken about my beliefs because I have that right.

You should behave differently as the rules are different. But that is not your issue.

You want to post, post, just have your settings at friends only or private.

When looking at life always think "who is pulling my strings?" It seems you are far more scared of your church and congregation than you are letting yourself admit.

I personally act the same way around every single person regardless of their religion or their relationship towards me but that's because I do not use offensive language or pictures most of the time unless I know the other person is okay with that

I try my hardest not to cuss in front of my Christian friends but it's almost fucking impossible I also try not to make dirty jokes are light dark humor ones or else they'll see me as the devil that's also why I don't go to youth group anymore.

I don't overly change my behaviour because I'm a "fake" person.

I'll tone stuff down for professional settings but with personal friends I'll be pretty much the same as I always am. If I felt like I had to act differently around someone I'd ask myself why the fuck an I friends with this person?
