Cat refuses to walk on the Quran. Is this proof that the book is truly holy and that Islam is true as Muslims have argued?

Because the smaller quran book is easier to jump over. That and the fact they are clearly not holding the thing right over the quran and are moving it away if the cat looks like it might step on it. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they even trained the cat not to step on the smaller book or at the very least only included the part of their video where the cat didn't step on it.
So that is the rational explanation. If I wanted to play them at their own game, I could say the cat won't step on the Quran because it doesn't want to touch the evil and is avoiding it like the plague and that cats only touch things they like.

Yes my Islamic brothers, this infidel has read parts of the Quran, as well as some of the Hadith.
I recommend that all non-Muslims read the Quran.
I doubt that there is anything holy in such a book.

Cats are VERY 'attuned' perceptive animals HOWEVER... they are ALSO very circumspect curious animals. Th cat most likely passed walking upon the Quran based upon the SCENT of the ink, paper, bindings or the human perspiration as being unfamiliar.
As for the element of 'holiness' inanimate OBJECTS can passively retain psychic energies for a time based upon their PHYSICAL properties. For example, the first audio recordings were imbedded on SILVER recording wire and later in the magnetic fields of iron oxide coating recording tape. People can use anything to justify their religion being true, this is just one of those examples.
If people hate Islam, some Muslims could say things like 'the fact that the whole world being against one religion shows how powerful that religion is'.
On the other hand, if people are converting to it like crazy 'it must be true, that's why everyone is jumping on board'.
I've seen that went around about 2 months ago where a woman's (a Muslim woman) pet cat would attack her every time she prayed or whenever she were about to pray. -
Cats just as most felines are very diffident, hunt-inclined creatures.
If something is in their way but they understand it's not something they can eat, they avoid it. Even us humans would avoid stepping on something on the side of the pavement, even if it's something non icky like a book.
They avoid the Quran because is in the way, not because it's sacred. A book is a book, sanctity is a human construct.

The first experiment they should be using a book of the exact same size and material, one is larger and glossy the other isn't. The second experiment they clearly didn't hold it as close to the first book.
