Do you guys believe in dreams? if so, I need some advice please?

I had a dream my sister was texting a guy I liked behind my back I never knew until I looked in her phone and saw it I asked to see her phone and hurry and went to her secret Folder she didn’t know I know she hide the thread there and went through it and saw her sending him messed up pics of me
And saw her sending him pics of her and stuff. When she started to feel like maybe that’s what I’m looking at she asked for her phone back I was hurt cried to my mom about it but this guy she met one time only and she don’t even know me and him ended up messing around though he’s a mechanic. Than later in the dream I finally told this girl I used to be bestfriends with how I felt how horrible of a friend she was she than asked to fight me infront of all these people including her mom and stuff I agreed too but In the dream I couldn’t find her nowhere when I came back outside ready to fight her. So I walked around telling people what she did to me when they asked why we was going to fight because they know we was so close.

So, this is from an avid adventurer of dreams. I'm a lucid dreamer as well. As much as I've liked to place some kind of mystical significance to many of my dreams, I think a lot of it boils down to what's going on in the subconscious. As we sleep, our brains are processing tons of information from our day. It's believed that this is what creates the experience of dreaming. You probably already had your suspicions and your subconscious just couldn't stop thinking about it, trying to fit pieces together
