in my opinion, questions of conscience are spiritual, but perhaps not in a conventional sense.
If I heard someone say that, I would question their command of the English language. It kind of makes sense if someone were trying to say they were losing their perspective or perspective, but as a stand alone sentence, it is awkward. If they are trying to say that their ability to cognate is decreasing, it would be better to say they are losing their mental capacity (and to be specific regarding what: memory, critical thinking, language, conversation skills, etc).
If this were part of a larger conversation it would make more sense. For example, if they had just been telling me their perspective on life, and how it was evolving, then said "I'm losing my mentality", it would make more sense in context.

I have only ever heard 'losing my mind' which can mean a variety of similar and often mixed things and can be mild or joking to extremely serious, you have to gauge it by context and how the person seems etc.
But it generally refers to stress, forgetfulness, confusion, in the more extreme cases or in old age it may mean a general failure of mental abilities, even a loss of sense of self perhaps but most commonly this is a non serious throw away remark refering to 'the doorway effect' where having crossed the threshold of a new room you can no longer remember why you entered it.
It means that at one time you had a collection of mentality in your pocket and then you got a hole in your pocket and some of it fell out, and no one returned it to the lost and found.
A/B. Means they are not in good state of mind at the moment and need to get themselves in order.

I've never heard it put like this, but I would imagine as the word mentality being defined as a a certain set of mental characteristics, one's mental capacity or a particular mindset could potentially become questionable to them possibly even causing destress, If someone has lived by a certaint mentality/mindset for a long time. it might be confusing or contradicting when it no longer works in their favor, hence (losing mentality) however this phrase seems rather brod and I'm by no means any kind of psychologist or anything so this is strictly speculation.
I've never heard this before so I can only guess. My guess is that they mean the are losing control mentally, maybe going insane.
Since I've never heard this and it's a weird way to say things, it could probably mean just about anything.
Mentality normally means the way a person thinks. A person has a certain mentality. So in a more literal sense they might just mean their way of thinking is changing.
The term "mentality" doesn't have anything to do with cognitive function or mental health. It's referring to a set of opinions or beliefs or attitudes about a particular topic or topic group.

I've never heard anyone use that exact phrase, but I would guess that they mean they are losing their ability to process what they perceive and understand what is happenng around them.
If they were losing their "Child-like mentality" it means they've finally decided to grow up and be an adult.
I would assume they're trying to say "losing my mind", but don't have a great grasp of the English language.

None of the above, I have no idea of what that means.

I can’t remember and think right like I used too…
What I would think is they'recre-examining thier thought process. I have a tendency to try to simplify human interaction. I put people into 2 groups good and bad. But then something happens that makes me have re-examine that system.

That you don’t feel like your self anymore you don’t recognize yourself…
It could mean I was mental but now I am not so crazy and I am feeling emotionally disturbed by that.
Well I've never had anyone say that to me, but personally I've thought I was going crazy more times than I've lost my train of thought. Anyway I believe that mentality has ebbs and flows.

That's called losing your mind
It means they're having an existential crisis. They feel like their life is meaningless and empty.
I think it means they’re losing their spark on how they think
it’s a term i don’t think i ever heard. Would it be the same as “ loosing you mind?”
Vivant I think even Albert Einstein don't have answered for this intelligent question... so I need to call ultra genius Donald trump for understanding this question. 😊
It only sounds like improper use of English.
