I would stop the rape and I would kill the person, or people, involved.

I am a former soldier who has been to places where the rape of children was considered to be part of the local 'culture'. Enough said.

Yes, but there are risks for guys. example - if a guy intervenes in a consenting sexual encounter with lets say a 14yo and a 20yo, it could turn bad for the guy intervening. I would stop the act anyway but still have to think about the risks.
