Do you know anyone Jesus changed/healed from being gay or transgender?

These people say it does. I'd read that this was true, but hadn't seen so many gathered to testify about the change in their life.

The word "healed" may be triggering for some. Lots of Christians seek healing for variety of issues, this isn't the only type of healing.

I’ve only ever known of 1 person. She was around 15 years old when she told her family she wanted to be a boy. She cut her hair and dressed as a boy and was fully intent on having gender surgery. Her parents told her they would support her decision and even help pay for the surgery under 2 conditions; she had to wait until she was 18 and she had to attend church with them.

It did. She’s in her early 20s now and is 100% a girl and pretty involved in the church nursery :)

I’m not entirely sure, but I think it boils down to a matter of the heart. She was younger then and most likely easily influenced. It’s also a time when she was still figuring out who she was. As a teenager, like what most teenagers experience, it was always “do what feels good” or “do what you want” or “if it’s what you think, then it must be true”. As she got older and started growing closer to God, she realized that how He made her was the best version of herself. She found her identity in how God saw her, not in how she saw herself.

Gay, yes. And a convicted pedophile who heard the gospel in prison (he's still inside but stopped applying for parole/early release out of respect for the family of his victim - he doesn't want them to have to relive what happened again)

Yes, Tom was gay and my cousin counseled him and after about a year of that and going to church he changed to be straight.

Correct. He’s been counseling for years and I’m sure he used some parts of a program but nope it’s one on one

No, but I knew a guy who got off hard drugs when he found religion.

if you read bible jesus healed lepers and blind etc. he never in his body healed a gay to change him.
