Like I think you have many people who don’t work hard cause they don’t respect their job. I view the job as the temple where you worship God by being as excellent as possible at work. It’s just as sacred as any church or hymn you sing and it’s for God and not for money or attention.

Yes it is realistic to continuously to want to keep learning at your job. I worked in law enforcement for over 33 years. I don't know it all, and I'm learning all the time.

That's pretty much most jobs outside of your normal minimum wage jobs like fast food.
