If someone has a terminal illness, then it means they aren’t getting better and they’re dying l. Some idiot asked if it’s possible for someone with a terminal illness to survive. She knows it’s impossible so why would she ask a dumb question like that? She and her family keeps hoping and praying for her relative but I think that’s very insensitive and selfish knowing they won’t get better and getting weaker. God isn’t real and prayers don’t always work! People need to get a it of their asses and accept the truth! There is NO HOPE!
You can hope all you want but accept the truth.

It wasn't a stupid question because there are plenty of cases where someone was supposedly terminal but lived, or lived far longer than predicted.

When someone is diagnosed with a terminal illness, don't say there is no hope, because that is not true. There might be very little hope, but that is not the same as no hope.

Even if a person has false hope and clings to that one in a thousand chance, it doesn't really hurt anything.

If you believe in God, you know that God is all powerful. And can change the situation. So it is completely fine to make prayers for such people who has no hope of living.

Being a nurse knowing all these things hope faith and love will always be better for the family and the patient and those who are taking care of them.

"Terminal" means "a high likelihood of being fatal". It's not certain, and some people survive a surprisingly long time with a "terminal" illness.
