Couple things you can try: do some cleanasin rituals to remove any spells or curses - burn sage or palo santo to smoke out bad energies, take cleansing baths with salt or rosemary. Also distance yourself fully - block her on everything so she can't contact you at all.
Pray hard for protection and guidance every day. Ask Michael, your guardian angel, to fight off any demon magic sent your way. Prayer and faith in God is your armor here.
