I believe that many people aren’t consciously aware that their racial prejudices are coming through when they say that people from Africa are naturally stronger. Not only is this not true, but it suggests that black people had to make up for their lack of industrial and technological skill with their physical strength.
Also just because you believe this, doesn’t mean you don’t deep down feel some separation and negative feelings towards black people. Socially, people just want to fit in, and sometimes this means being “cool”. But this doesn’t mean you don’t feel envy, objectification or some type of adverse feeling toward feeling towards them.

Like saying a lot of people have good enough facial features, but fashion sense, hairstyle, and weight make the difference. Weight meaning if they are a bit underweight, or overweight, they may be ok-looking, but when they are in shape, they are better than ok-looking
