We have been together for 2 years. She is 30 and I'm 34. I had a previous relationship in which I had sex basically twice a day or once a day and it made me feel satisfied. But in my current relationship we only have sex about once a week and it is absolutely been killing me for the past year. She also gets jealous when I speak to other women.

But mostly says no when it comes to sex. I love her but I can't handle this for the rest of my life to be honest. I broke up with her before and she was really sad. I took her back and she was crazy sexually submissive, but again it was only for a few days.

We are on vacation in Chicago at the moment. We came here for her family reunion. When we come home I’m gonna get rid of her permanently. I have therapy appointments already set up to cope with the coming break up. Should I tell her the reason or just let her go?
