So we're gonna have 9 Gens now thanks to the new upcoming Pokemon game, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and I love how far it went. So there are chances you have at least played one generation or one of the games or even the spin offs but I cannot say you all have encountered one because it's just so rare like 1 in 8000+ but it got twice less rarer in the newer gens tho but that's still rare. Maybe some of you did so to those who did, can you still remember which one was it?

Mine was a shiny Oddish from Fire Red

and it was female so I evolved to a Bellosom because it fits and its kinda cute which is what made it mesmerizing.

But I got it in an emulator so there's no way I can transfer without any hustle but i got over it so quick.

I played Fire Red before Gold/Silver/Crystal or Heart Gold/Soul Silver so that shiny Gyarados which everyone can just catch in the story isn't my first shiny which I don't think it counts.

I am 27, turning 28 in a matter of months, and I never had a real girlfriend. Meanwhile, I am watching all my former friends and peers I have known growing up get married, have kids, or both. I mean fuck... even most high school kids have probably had more relationship experience than me.

I am only wanting a woman where we can be each other's first loves. Essentially, I am seeking a woman without a romantic past. I may end up alone the rest of my life, and I am fearful of that. I never imagined I would be this old and in this situation.

To make matters worse, I am starting to get too old for college age women. Why would they want an old fart like me? Sadly, the younger women are my best option if I am going to get a woman without a romantic past.

I feel like my whole world is falling apart. I always wanted a girlfriend, wife, and a family of my own ever since I was a kid. It is beyond disheartening to know that may never happen. I feel incomplete and missing my other half.

I haven't touched a woman in over 7 years either, so I am involuntary celibate. The frustration just mounds and builds more and more overtime.

I came so close to being a girl's first love and first everything.

Back in 2020, I was in a coding forum and met this devout Catholic girl who was homeschooled. She was 17 at the time, almost 18. I remember the very first conversation we had till this day. We really hit it off.

She later disclosed she never had a boyfriend or a first love. She had a crush on a guy but she was never close to him. In fact, she never had a male friend before she met me.

We talked every day and formed an online thing. I remember us talking about getting married at one point, where we would go on our honeymoon, and how we would name our kids. I was anticipating on marrying her.

A week after her 18th birthday, I went to go see her. She rejected me upon meeting in person. I was crushed beyond words.

Fast forwarding, she recently married this guy a few months ago who got to be her first everything. I still have nightmares about it. I had to be hospitalized because it was so traumatizing to me.

My biggest fear is not being able to find another woman like Rachel was when we first met. I fear that I will not find another girl that has never had her first love.

I am 27, almost 28, and I never had a real girlfriend. I am a frontend software engineer that makes good money. I work remote from home, so I spend a lot of my time alone.
