Simple question right? I will concede that falling in love with someone isn't 100% a choice, its a combination of attraction, and chemical responses. But continuing to love someone i believe is a choice.

Let me explain why i believe that.

Love needs to be nurtured. To maintain the relationship, you can't just expect the "Spark" to be there. Both sides need to make effort. Both sides need to do the things that maintain connection.

For example, Every morning when i wake up, i wake a half our prior to actually needing to get up so i can get extra cuddle time with my wife. When i come home from lunch i hug her, and tell her how much i miss her. When i come home at the end of the day i do the same, and then we cook together.. the important term here is Together. Hell even my furniture choices have centered around making sure that even when we are just watching a show together it means cuddle time. Additionally i took my grandfathers advice seriously, which was "Never stop dating your wife" So i make sure to do things like date nights, and spontaneous gifts, And by gifts, i mean things she's been wanting, to things as simple as chocolate. I tell her she's beautiful every day, and i tell her how much i love her every day. And this isn't one way, My wife does similar stuff for me.

Bottom line, if i chose to stop doing all of that, my wife would first think that there was something wrong, Then she would think that i was angry with her, and finally she would think that i dont love her. It would essentially kill the marriage.

Love, Marriage, And everything in between takes effort, Marriage is hard work, Its remembering to do the little things. Its making sure above all else that you have open lines of communication.

A lot of people fail to comprehend that, and i believe this is the reason for the horrific divorce rate.

Ever since this viral sketch of Batman choking out an ICE agent has been circling around, leftists online who don't even read comics have been trying to claim Batman has one of their own

Of course this is just a reimagined sketch but leftists will conveniently ignore this other sketch of Batman manhandling some ANTIFA soyboys

Ironically both sketches were posted by the same writer Chuck Dixon yet leftists wanna lecture an actual comic book writer that Batman is also a leftist

The thing is Batman isn't a leftist and was never a leftist to begin with despite what leftists love to claim just to make themselves feel more powerful and morally superior

For starters Batman is a straight white male born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he becomes a tall handsome ladies man Chad full of testosterone and his toxic masculinity is only eclipsed by Wolverine, Punisher and the Hulk

he's also a pro-capitalist billionaire who strongly supports police and law enforcement, he drives fast cars, flies in private jets, enjoys physical training and combat, dates and sleeps around with lots of women etc. something that leftists can't even do

if Batman were real he'd just be a beefed up version of Andrew Tate without the online trolling and constant need for attention and showing off

Yes Batman is a vigilante much like ANTIFA soyboys except Batman didn't become a vigilante to fight against law enforcement. He became a vigilante because law enforcement wasn't doing a good enough job at reducing crime in Gotham City

In fact Batman has been accused of being a fascist who goes around picking on the poor, the marginalized and the mentally ill e. g. the Joker

however the moment the Joker was labeled an incel, leftists suddenly had no problem with Batman picking on the Joker which kinda shows where their priorities truly lie

So there's a girl at work who for one week straight until a Saturday I noticed has been staring at me even when I notice and take a quick look back to see if she's still staring. I couldn't really tell if she smiled back or what because I would look for one second and look away and saw she would keep her gaze until I was gone plus she had a mask on a few times. She wears glasses but I notice sometimes she takes her glasses off and puts them on and I tried to to notice or take a guess when and I don't want to say she is but she might be copying me. Finally a week after she was staring at me and I didn't say anything to her I finally go up to her and ask her for her name which she tells me, I introduce myself to her and tell I'm probably interested in getting to know her more she says okay and after that she kinda ignores me. She didn't tell me she had a boyfriend when I said I wanted to get to know her but deep down I have a feeling she has a boyfriend and she was playing with me the whole time. Before moving on I'm going to give a few things about her, one of them being I notice she kind of keeps to herself so that kind of gives me hints she either keeps to herself or she doesn't want to be bothered by anyone. Not sure but sometimes she goes home early which gives me hints of her having a child. She's a light skin Spanish girl which gives me hints that she is playing with me since Spanish women don't date dark skin men and I'm what you would call a black American, she's not exotic hot Spanish woman but moreso homely cute, and her work clothes isn't something that makes her stand out it's more loose fit baggy jeans. The reason I didn't go over to her and went a week later is because I wasn't and still not sure if she actually is interested in me because I'm old (41) and she looks young, she's Spanish and I'm black, and this is a first for me. Is she playing me or am I being to BP'ed.
