Ever heard anti-racists complain about something or some place being "too black" or "too Asian"? Nope. Never. Simply because anti racist is a codeword for anti white. Family, race, history, culture are the foundations which keep a nation alive and that is why the elite globalists powers using cultural marxism target those values to give an end to Western civilisation.

To summarize---
Wrongful colonization--when whites move in large numbers to a third world nation.
Humane immigration--when millions of Africans and arabs move to first world white nations.
Or in the USA:
Diversity--a wonderful thing that happens when a lot of blacks and latinos move into primarily white areas.
Gentrification--a horrible thing when whites decide to move into poor black cities and build stores and decent housing.
Example--plans to build a Trader Joe's in a ghetto area of Portland, Oregon, had blacks protesting that it was gentrification.
