And how the left hijacked the civil rights movement and used it to spread hate, And in doing so became the largest and most influential hate group in the world.....The curious case of Rachael Dolezal is the perfect example of the undeniable absurdity of political correctness gone wrong and the dark side of diversity.
In her own words, Racheal Dolezal was the victim of several acts of racism at the hands of black people.
She graduated from Howard university, A historically black college that is probably the least diverse in the country (95% black). She claimed she only got in because they assumed she was black, herself.
She told her brother the teachers 'treated her differently and a lot acted like they didn't want her there'. After graduation she actually sued Howard college for racial discrimination, Claiming she was denied a teaching position and financial aid because of her race.
That kind of treatment might make others pretty bitter, And maybe a little racist against blacks. But Racheal Dolezal internalized all the racism she received at Howard, And that lead to one of the saddest and most pathetic cases of self-hatred in the history of mankind.
According to her brother, She started being "hateful to white people"
And that is one of the most famous cases of internalized racism turned into toxic intra- racism. But Racheal Dolezal is not unique, There and many out there just as disgusting as her.
Her self-image and political ideology came in direct conflict with one another, And she tried desperately to destroy her self-image by changing her race and becoming one of the 'noble' victimized.
This chick makes a lot of leftist uncomfortable because she exposes what they really are in it's most honest and extreme form.
The left has a very simple political ideology at its heart.

Leftist politics is all about the punishment, humiliation, And the dehumanization of white people. They can hide behind fighting the 'privilege' or fighting for 'equal rights' all they want, But they just hate the white race and all it represents in their dysfunctional little minds.
Their solution to the race problem in America is simple, IF YOU DESTROY THE WHITE RACE, THEN YOU DESTROY RACISM.
Diversity training doesn't teach racial harmony or equalitarian ideals.

A technique that consists of separating children with blue eyes into a group and then proceeding to emotionally abuse the living sh*t out of them in order to cure them of their racism and prejudices. This is a blatant form of self-criticism sessions, And their sole purpose is to attack an individuals sense of identity by publicly ridiculing her and attack her sense of self.
This racist child abuse was hailed as progressive anti-racism by leftist and embraced as a cornerstone of modern diversity training.
Ethnicity and Race Studies, Gender studies, sensitivity courses, And diversity training is all the same crap. Some just give you a worthless degree in the end.
People who go on and on about 'not seeing race' or 'We are all the same'
Are not only annoying as hell, They are also trying to deny people their culture and individualism.
Race and culture and intrinsically linked in many ways, That's why people trying to fake being part of one they don't belong to look so goofy and out of place.
Everyone has a right to embrace and love their own racial culture, And that does include white people. So saying you don't see it is disrespectful as hell.
A few ways to always spot these white self-bigots.....
*They love mentioning they are white and how much better so and so is to their own race.
*They can't stand on their own two feet, So they have to constantly mention all their friends who think exactly like them (All of whom are white, Aswell)
*Some try to spread their self-hating propaganda in a calm and reasonable manner, But that's just passive aggressive.
*No matter what sort of vile hate speech they spew against their own race, They are super quick to label any white person who dares to defend themselves as 'racist' or 'Jealous'
* They love calling other people ignorant'
*And even though they are 'Standing up' for other races, They somehow still make it all about themselves

* If institutionalized racism is such a problem, Why are non-whites always complaining about social racism?
Internalized Racism, Intra-Racism, And Institutionalized Racism
What I've noticed about those that are infected by internalized racism and other symptoms of self-loathing syndrome:
Those that aren't Europid (non-white) generally want to become Europid themselves (or at least be accepted as one, which would require altering the perception of reality of those surrounding the infected individual), regardless if they're Negro, Latino, Arabic, or mixed (like Mulatto) or any other race.; However, they seldom want to erase their own race. They just want themselves to either be or at least be acknowledged as Europid.
While infected Europids (whites; present in each and every liberal, feminist and similar sorts human trash) don't necessarily want to become Negro/Latino/Arab/whatever, but always exhibit extreme hate towards their own race to the point they want to erase them by any means necessary; it's irrelevant to them who's going to replace Europid race as long as it's erased.
Why there's such a strong difference -- that's something I can't really explain.

Also, I've been to quite a few inclusion and dialogue based events on my college campus and the staff with diversity training were some of the most eloquent, empathetic, and wisest people I've ever encountered.
I think the problem with the "I don't see color" people is the fact that they usually also don't see the problem. It's like they are living with the rose colored glasses on and that doesn't help in any situation.
