Example 3: Cliques in the workplace. Generalization on how a person looks and they act, maybe there is a reason why they do?

People in all walks of life work to get ahead. and some people take other unorthodox way of doing it.

Example: John Doe is with company xyz. Many people in this company are getting ahead but not him, he is takes the required material but seems to can't get ahead. He throws a temper tantrum and someone gets wind of it, and decides to give him what he wants. The higher position goes to his head and bullies those under him. Complaints about his actions fall on deaf ears, and he still continues to throw another temper tantrum to go up the ladder again. within one year he has another tempter tantrum to be elevated higher.

For this he is required to take a proficiency exam. At this time two people are required to take this exam. But the second person has to take the exam, not John Doe. So he gets up the ladder yet again. And, yes again, he complains about going up another level and, once again, he is given that opportunity without doing any hard work, just by complaining and throwing temper tantrums, among other means.

On the other side of the coin. there are two other individuals. J. Smith and J.Public. J Smith came to the company but J.Public was there longer. J.Public is a hard worker, sacrificed his family and job to get to where he had to, while J.Smith is getting by. J.Smith is offered a higher position since he has been with the company longer but didn't produce. While J.Public surpassed J.Smith ten to fifteen times over.

J.Public also gets a lot of grief on his beliefs and ideals because he refuses to join the others in their beliefs and ideas. This is also stems to the favoritism.

J. Public takes on what J.Smith and J.Doe don't do. and When J. Public asks to go up the ladder, he gets turned down because he gets excuses he don't work hard enough or long enough (when J. Doe and J. Smith call out of work, J. Public does the work for them)
