Are you in Good Hands if you have insurance?

I have recently been dealing with the health insurance companies in the past few days.

In order for this to be done, you must go and do A, then once A is done you must wait 2-5 business days and then you can proceed to B. If you go out of network you must pay C.

We pay for health insurance so we can be healthy supposedly....

We pay for car insurance because they are suppose to help us in case we get into a car accident

we pay for home owners insurance just in case something happens to our house

We pay for these services. But in actuality, they dont help us I think.
