I did not read anything you wrote, just here to point out that when you look at how advanced Europe is compared to Africa it paints a picture in which Africans aren't the brightest tools in the shed.

  It doesn't work like that. Europe wasn't always an advance continent. If you were to go back 1500 years, Europe was behind China, Africa and the Middle East in terms of advancement. Europe didn't start making headway until the Renaissance Period and even then they still were a distant second to China and a rival to the Middle East. Europe didn't officially surpass China until the 1700s -1800s when they started to capitalize on the wealth from the Americas.
  
  Moral of the story. How advance a region is, is not set in stone nor is it unchangeable. A region can be the most advance today and be the least advance 200 years later.

  1500 years ago Africa was more advance than Europe but behind China.
  Currently, Europe and China are more advance than Africa.
  
  In 2200 or 2300 or 2500 who do you think will be the most advance? It's anybodies guess.
  
  The moral of my post is to tell you that you can't look at how Europe, China, the Middle East and Africa are today (2018) and assume that it was ALWAYS this way throughout history because it wasn't.

  Why not? Europe was a backwater continent filled with people who worshiped trees for a living some 2000 years ago. It was the only continent in the Afro-Eurasia block that had not developed any civilization of its own (Africa had Egypt, Asia had China, the Middle East had Mesopotamia) nor had they contributed anything useful to mankind.
  
  For the majority of human history, Europe was a small pathetic continent that no other region saw any value in (hence why very few people tried to conquer it). Fast forward 2000 years later and Europe is one of the more important continents around.
  
  If Europe can go from being nothing to something, then I see no reason why a continent that was already once something will be incapable of achieving that status again.
