The rationale behind many racist or sexist things makes no sense unless you are those people who claim these things. As a white male I'm no longer allowed to ask a black lady for her ID, which is racist, even though she looks 19 and wants to buy alcohol. So I'm forced to deny many sales, which is racist, unless she is understanding enough to provide me her ID. Many times at work I'm just racist for being white and a bigot for being male. It doesn't have to make sense. I dont blame these kids, they dont know what racism is and I'm glad they dont. It sucks being discriminated against. I just dont like the wolves that cry wolf.

Plenty of programs in every city, go to the job center get free training and the works for yourself.

Online certifications can be acquired for wastewater jobs in your area too. 🤷‍♂️ most classes are less then 150 bucks... 250 for the practical exam.

If your city where you take your practical exams is that way. Then move. My city Delayed me an additional 12 months without reason. So I scheduled in a different city 3 hrs away. It wasn't easy getting anything, but I put in the effort so I got what I was seeking.

Aside from that. Quit bitching about what you don't want to change. End of story.

AND no it's not easy, I get reminded everyday of how hard people have it, yet getting that online cert was as easy as you posting on this program.

Go to your gov webaite.
Send emails to whoever you have to to get answers.
Be respectful and drop the race baiting bs.
And magically people will help you.
If they don't, try a different outlet. Try a different phone number.
Keep knocking until you get the answer you seek.
Better yet. Move to where you can prosper.
