Is Joe Biden really going to run again or is there some other plan?
Old Joe.

Here's how I see it. Over the summer, both Left and Right media have been discussing Joe Biden's prospects. They all largely agree that Biden is not a viable presidential candidate in 2024, due to his immense unpopularity due to his disastrous record as president on every issue, from the economy to the border to the war in Ukraine Some are talking about Biden's physical and mental frailty and the corruption investigations as reasons Biden won't be a 2024 candidate. Others think that Biden may not even even finish his current term.
They are also saying that Biden is not acting like a 2024 presidential candidate. He has no campaign office and isn't campaigning.

The only thing that indicates that Biden might run in 2024 was a three-minute video he released about seven days after RFK Jr.'s announcement. It suggested that someone in Biden's circle feared the Kennedy name and wanted to send a message to Democrat voters and the media to back off RFK Jr. as well as any others who might jump in. If RFK Jr. had not announced, Biden might not have said a word all.

There are more curious questions.
*Why has Biden spent nearly 40% of his presidency on vacation in Delaware?
*Knowing that his son Hunter was the subject of criminal and House investigations, why did Biden flaunt Hunter during his Ireland trip and at recent White House parties?
*Why, just this past week, did Joe Biden respond to a press question about the disaster in Hawaii with a simple no comment ? No comment about adults and children burning to death?

Biden is acting like someone who is just marking time, rather than being someone who is president and has any real plans to run again. In fact, it seems like Biden's entire presidency has ben like he's doing a favor for someone. Who could that someone be?

The Biden presidency began with Obama-esque executive orders reversing many of Donald Trump's accomplishments, About 70% of his staffers who are veterans of the Obama Administration. Evidence points to Obama as the recipient of his favors.

Looking back, after leaving office, Obama continued to live in Washington, D.C. For the first two years, ostensibly in behalf of his daughter Sasha, who was still in high school; graduating in 2018. But Obama is still there except for when he sojourns to his climate change–denying home on the beach in Martha's Vineyard.

So what is Biden really up to in the White House? I think he knows he is simply a placeholder, who is forwarding Barack Obama's agenda; paving the way for a Michelle Obama Presidency. That would cement the Barack Obama's ultimate goal the fundamental transformation of America.

Some hints:
*The Democrats have set it up for Michelle to be their 2024 nominee by moving the first primary from Iowa, where she would have had to campaign in 99 counties, to South Carolina, where half of the Democrat party primary electorate are Black. South Carolina is the state she claimed to be her "adopted home state" back in 2008, when campaigning for Barack, because her grandparents are from there.
*The Democrats have placed their 2024 convention in Chicago, Michelle's hometown, to set up what they believe will be a homegirl convention.

Barack Obama started off in politics by running a voter registration drive called "Project Vote." Michelle now is running the similar "When We All Vote," designed to showcase Michelle's leadership and to remind voters of her solid skills at reciting Democrat Party talking points. Michelle Obama has become is a genuine pop culture phenomenon, like Oprah or Beyoncé. Like them, he scarcely needs her last name anymore. She has a multitude of followers on social media. With 15 years of positive media coverage, hundreds of magazine covers, and talk show appearances, Michelle may be the most popular person in the country, maybe even in the world.

But there's more that would be shown of she is coronated to to replace Biden. It has been said that she is actually an Oreo; the racial slur hurled at her growing up by the black kids in her neighborhood by black kids who had observed Michelle for years understood her elitist attitude. She and her brother Craig paralleled "White Flight" in the 1970s, running away from all-black schools one block from their home to study far away with the white kids in a magnet school and a Catholic school. She was ridiculed her for "acting white."

There is a lot more that would be highlighted in debates and commentaries. Given Donald Trump's inroads with minorities due to his policy successes, Democrats are doubling down on putting their leadership into the hands of non-white candidates. Their pitch to Black-Americans is the shallow and insulting "see, we look like you, so vote for us." Michelle checks all their boxes, and Biden does not. In addition, with Michelle, the media can use their two favorite weapons Leftists use to attack those who disagree: race and sex. But on the campaign trail, the mistress of Martha Vineyard will have a much harder time playing "homegirl."
