The western world (western Europe, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and maybe in the future Russia) is currently in a decline economically and demographically.
Competing civilizations such as Russia, China and much of Asia and the Middle East are starting to form a Eurasian BRICs+ alliance that could challenge the dominance of the West. Even longtime US allies like Saudi Arabia and Egypt are joined the BRICs+ alliance.
If a transatlantic Pan European military and economic alliance was formed between Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand then we share vast amounts of natural resources, manufacturing power, and economic power. If we manufacture and trade with each other we can end dependence on Russia and China.
It seems clear to me that there is so much commonality between the cultures and populations of these countries that this seems natural. I brought this idea up to a prominent French nationalist and she said “yes I would support this alliance because blood is the most important thing because us Europeans are cousins and have the same ancestry.”
At some point I would hope Russia joins this Pan Euro alliance instead of just becoming Chinas gas station.
It is clear to me that Russia has much more in common culturally and ethnically with Western Europeans then they with Chinese people.
I think it would be important to preserve the cultures of these nations which is why there should be a charter that includes a stipulation that there can’t be any economic or cultural imperialism.
At the moment there is a lot of cultural influences from America in Europe that I feel is damaging the unique cultures of Europe. I oppose this and wish to preserve the cultures and languages while respecting our commonalities.

This could be interesting, but it's not clear that all the countries you mention are ready to give up their national sovereignty in favor of a pan-European transatlantic alliance. Some countries, like the UK, have already left the EU to regain their independence, while others, like Switzerland and Norway, have never wanted to join. Even within the EU, there are major differences between member states on issues such as budget, taxation, migration policy and defense. In such a project, it will be almost impossible to get everyone to agree, as the interests of the various countries, even in the West, are too divergent to seriously reach a common understanding.
Your plan to create a pan-European transatlantic alliance to replace the EU and NATO is an attractive idea, but it raises many questions and difficulties. You need to take into account the different interests of each of the nations you wish to unite, as well as the possible reactions of countries that are not part of your project. You also need to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of such an alliance against existing structures, such as the EU and NATO, which have nonetheless maintained peace and prosperity in Europe and the world for several decades.
I see this as more of a coalition and not uniting as a giant nation with one government.
Some countries like UK and US are too isolationist at the moment for this to be accepted but when we think logically about this it is better to be united with similar nations then because powerless against big powerful nations.
All of these states are facing catastrophically collapsing birth rates, and culture replacing levels of immigration. As such none of them are likely to survive the century.
As much as it would be otherwise advantageous in the here and the now to build a broader level of integration and freedom of movement.
At the moment theses countries are still soo filled disconnected from reality idiots who the masters of whom have a cultural death-wish. None of theses cultures will survive without having the independence of walls enough to go a different direction.
As such we need to remain separate and competing in reality, as Europe always has been. Less we will decline to the bad ideas of the dominating leaders. As china did repeatedly
