I don't think any white "Americans" belong on the continent. They are all settlers and therefore illegal colonists who make up racist "laws" as they go along.
True. Perhaps all people born of non Native Americans should be deported.. Our government needs to determine which country should be required to take them as we ship them out because of their mixed heritage.

The requirement of being a subject of the jurisdiction of the united states is already written as a qualification in the Constitute. The people who wrote it said that was about excluding forign nationals and Indians in America. @msc545
The idea that it doesn't exclude invading illegal aliens is absurd.
Regardless Trump is under no obligation to care what the Federal politicians in black robes say as said politicians are not empowered to command the Executive branch and thus the ilelgal alien are no more entitled to citizenship papers than Marbury was to a writ to be a judge in 1803.
Trump can literally tell the lawless court to go take a hike.

Get rid of the 14th amendment because it is being terribly abused.
I would agree with getting rid of the 14th amendment for other reasons of being an endless source of abuse.
However this is one of the few cases the idiots who wrote it actually considered and addressed with the "subject of the jurisdiction thereof" qualification clause.
