Are black girls ugly?

I've seen some really pretty black girls at my school and I've even been told I was pretty at my new school. But I still think most people find us ugly. Lol

I generally find black women as physically attractive as any other women; some are extremely beautiful, some are ugly, and most are average or close to it. That's true of white, Asian, and Latina girls as well (to me, at least).

But attraction is more than physical beauty, and I'd say that a lot of guys (middle-class) object to lower-class/ghetto-type behavior, and while it's absolutely true that such behavior can come from any race (plenty of white trailer trash girls, or Chola girls), there's a higher percentage of black girls (in the US, anyway) who exhibit this behavior, and some people unfairly tend to paint all black girls with the same brush.

To me, it's all about the individual - I've dated black girls before (and would again), and I've passed on girls of all races because of their personalities and/or behavior.

It depends on the girl and it ALSO depends on your background and upbringing. I tend to find the black girls who are thin and have curved features to the best looking while people from Africa may find the girls who have more common features attractive. There were two girls I know who were both fighting over the same guy and both were black. One was pretty by western standards and won a beauty competition when she was surrounded by white woman. The other was pretty by African standards and completely ignored by men of other races. He choose the one who was beautiful by African standards even though she was less intelligent and less successful and also less religious.

You shouldn't hate yourself because of your race. You should be proud of the achievements made by black people of the course of the centuries, how much we endured. Being a black girl myself, I understand feeling insecure about my race, but you shouldn't. Feel proud of who you are, and you can get there by not listening to the ignorant racists and black girls who feel like race is holding them back in life.

And to answer your question, I'll respond with a question; How does color determine beauty? I know this is corny, but everyone has a unique beauty.

Not to be mean, but this is a laughable question, at best.

Being black is not an automatic pass/fail to beauty. Beauty comes in an amazing assortment of sizes, shapes and colors.

It's like trying to argue that the only beautiful sunsets in the world are off the coast of California - no reasonable person would ever believe it.

Most guys dont prefer a black girl. Sure they may find some attractive like any race but i know for a fact most people dont prefer black women. This has already been studied extensively and the conclusion is exactly that

You cannot generalize like that. There are some ugly girls and some pretty ones. Just like every other race!

But in my personal opinion, i've always found myself extremely attracted to pretty black women. I don't know what it is about them, but many times when i see one i get turned on a lot.

As they may have African features which may seem "unattractive" to the caucasian westerner.

I'm going to give you a break since you're only 13 . No they aren't ugly. Don't grow up to be like a lot of black females in their late teens to late 20's who feel they aren't attractive and run around begging for acceptance and approval from guys, (especially non black guys)

I usually don't find them attractive and I don't know why, but I do find some black girls attractive. I think it has to do with something rooted deep within me that affects my attitude towards them. There are some attractive ones though, but I find the majority of them not attractive. It could be the environment that I'm in because there aren't a whole lot of good looking ones aroind here.
