*WARNING, INSECURE WOMEN OR MEN ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND PLEASE BE KIND BUT HONEST IN YOUR RESPONSES* So my brother had his friends over and they were talking about the girls that rejected them.  It seemed like they really enjoyed the fact that especially the "stuck up", popular and/or really attractive ones gained weight. Smug satisfaction. Literally, they'd be like "Remember _____, when you asked her out? Guess what, she's fat af now." And they'd all laugh and be like "ha! Serves her right for being conceited". Or another one was having multiple babydaddies, or being a single mother. However, there seemed to be a consensus that a single mother is more dateable than a large woman. That sounds so degrading to say, but it's their standards and how they feel. Also, if you've ever disagreedwith someone online, if you're female, you've probably been called "fat" as a generic insult. I know I have, especially when I don't have my pic up, people throw that "oh you must be a bitter fat chick" line. I'm bitter lol but not fat. So my question is, why is being "fat" such an insult for women? And I guess poll question, would you rather date a big woman or single mother?

I don't judge others for their size, like I notice when people gain weight (bad or good people) but I've gained like 7lbs recently, so, I'm not about to judge.

I'm not going to date a fat woman, especially not a fat woman with a child, because then I'm the one who is having to play with that kid at the park while she sits on the bench and eats the food we brought with us to feed the ducks.

I honestly think it's not good for ANYONE to be fat. So I'm not biased towards my own gender, I just know that being overweight is not a healthy life choice so I try to help anyone lose weight, that asks for my help.

I've never had times where I got rejected by a girl or ghosted by a girl and then she got fat. But I've had times where I got rejected/ghosted/flaked on by a girl and then later I learned I dodged a bullet.

Well in terms of fat. I don't mind if she's a little thick but if it's obese then it's a deal breaker. Single moms are tough because it's hard to see them due to them having a kid.

Fat is a temporary condition if you want it to be. I can take a fat woman and help her become slim again. But a single mom is already permanently high-risk because of the baby daddy, the past relationship that resulted in the child that you will never know enough about, the liability of both the mother and the kid on finances, and it speaks of risk taking behavior on the part of the woman.

Fat is an insult for men and women. Fat is seen as unattractive and lazy. However being fat is a problem you can easily solve.

However height with men is not something that can be solved so easily as weight.

I've once judged a girl by her weight just because I couldn't have her. I actually regretted it because she later left college, and first, she had a really cute smile and second, I secretly found her sexy.
