Call me a cynic, but I think the politics of this hundred man “Azov” group in Ukraine is just farcical exaggeration. Ukrainians from all political sides are coming together to fight an invading army of Russians.

Most of the war criminals were released in the 50s. They hardly paid for all the people they killed. There were very few that got executed either. Si if we hadn't gotten the rocket scientists then Russia would have. Also Van Braun was the head of our rocket/space program. Without them we wouldn't be where we are. It just cost millions of lives for it.

Von Braun had a purpose and was useful after war. Josef Mengele wasn't useful but got US protection just because he handed over documentation obtained due sadistic experiments in concentration camps.
