I would ask one of these two questions:

1. How specifically (detailed instructions) can I build a machine that can cure any injury or disease?

2. how specifically (detailed instructions) can I build a time machine?

Other questions I would find very interesting to know the answer:
- Do other intelligent life forms exist in the universe and if so, where exactly, under what conditions to they live and what do they look like?
- Is it possible for humans to travel intergalactically in relatively short time - and if so, how?
- What lies outside our universe? Are there other universes?
- How can we bring the theory of relativity and quantum mechanics together in one, universal theory?
- How can we build a world that is free of war and hate?
- How exactly can we make all our energy sources renewable as soon as possible and prevent the worst effects of global climate change?

I would probably ask a conspiracy theory question, for example: "Why was JFK killed and by who?" Or this one: "Did Hitler really kill himself in the bunker, or did he manage to get away, if the latter, where did he exactly go?" Or a more modern question: "Who did really do 9-11 and for what reason?".
If I have to choose from more funny questions, the following would do nicely: How do you make an invisibility or strength potion? - What is the meaning of life? - Who / which person would be my girlfriend? - What is the best video-game ever? - Are there any living creatures, other than humans out there in space? If so, are they out there to kill us humans?
