A lot of rapists here in India didn't even know what consent meant. If we could teach them that. Then also trying to understand what goes through a rapists mind and try to fix that.
How about instead of wearing clothes with pointless shit on it, you go to a martial arts center and learn how to fight so you are able to defend yourself. or maybe if you have the option, get a weapon so you can effectively protect yourselves.
butt: What do you mean "dress like they ask for it"? Do you mean to say, 95% of women deliberately dress in a certain way, because they want to be raped? That is what dressing like they are asking for it means. Yes, women dress in ways that are designed to get attention, and to get sexual attention. But both of these are not asking to be raped. You could say the same thing about someone wearing a good pair of shoes. They are asking to be robbed. Or someone wearing old clothes, they are asking to be run over in the crosswalk. Neither is true, and neither do women wear clothes asking to be raped. Whether or not it's a good thing or a moral thing to wear certain clothes is debatable, but no woman wears clothes to be raped.
butt: That's pure garbage. The average women does not want to be raped, and does not dress to be raped. Though wearing something that gets a person's attention may lead to a rapist noticing them, by wearing the clothing, the person is certainly not asking to be raped. And certainly 95% of the women I know don't even dress in a way that you would think would attract a rapist, they just dress normally. Women can't walk around with boxes covering them from neck to toe. They have a shape that is appealing, and their faces look nice. Even if you cover their entire body in cloth, guys know what is underneath, and could still rape them.

The suit of armour, with a chastity belt underneath.
Dont think it matters. If a person is considering rape nothing but a gun or knife will stop them.
The Sig Sauer P238 .380 in my Montana West seems to reduce my fear of rape or mugging.
Picture nber 3 is a muslim
And they are still victims of rape.
I voted armadillo because she looks like she can fight. Assaulters look for victims. It’s not necessarily being turned on.
Clothes don't cause rape. Rapists do. We need to make sure we don't create situations that make people rapists.
What would that situation be.

Education is the key.
Yes!
First, this isn't a real question. Second, any of them would probably work as you've defined the question. And lastly, it's not that simple.

Sit in fake blood so it looks like you have a period stain
Doesn't matter what you wear. Rape culture don't exist and society is still in in favor of women for being women.
I'm in favor of women not being raped.
Which is why they prevent that. There are laws for rape
Cover from Head to Toe.
Naturally a woman should cover up anyway.

Everything else short of a walking fortress is going to get torn down.
Choice E: Dress like a radical feminist. Do this and no man will come close.
She should dress like an armadillo, I don't know if it will decrease nothing, but I'm sure it will be fun.
Get a passport, wear it in your pocket. Use it to travel to countries not flooded with third world filth and you too can avoid the Islamic snuggle.
Carry pepper spray and maybe a concealed gun if you have a permit
Dress doesn't matter much. Being aware of your situation and avoiding potentially dangerous ones does.
Funny how 95% of women dress like their asking for it tho..
There's no way to ask for it with one's clothing.
@MlleCake well, clothes don’t stop a rape anyway
Nope.
