I grew up one thing you're the bully or the bitch and i was never the bitch but i think everyone in my era was there own bully and if someone did bully they got socked out or punked cuz everyone wanted to fight when i was in HS
depends on who the bystander is, if they're your friend (or supposed to be) and they don't have your back then they're worse... they'll probably turn on you when it's convenient for them.
Bullies do what they do because they can. Theyre bad people but so are those that can put a stop to it and choose not to do so.

I did and it created a nightmare to be unleashed we all thought they were playing around but clearly both set out the red flags it makes me feel in deep remorse when I come to think of it and I’m sure the others do too

Both. The bully makes it happen. The bystander makes it worse.
The bully is the #1 offender then the bystanders for not doing anything but wanna do some good? Reform the bully.
To me the both equally responsible the by stander is just as badge as the bully them not doing anything to stop him or her
Both but most bullies are bullies themselves, though the bystander is the emotionless cunt that is actually more dangerous than the bully
Have YOU ever rushed someone in a fight, not knowing if that psycho asshole is packing a gun or not?
When did you do it?
@HereIbe More than 10 times
Prove it.
Both are pretty bad. Bystanders have power to end this, but they don't
No it’s the parents fault for not beating the shit out of there kid
Bully. Why should the bystander be beaten up for something that doesn't involve them. And also that's snitching. Mind your business.
If the victim wanna tell that's fine they can. Other than that don't play the hero if you don't have to

The bullies, some people just don’t know how to handle complex situations.
The bully. Dome times thd bystanders can encourage, but bully is still doing the action
None of the above. It's the GROUP of bystanders.
CORRECT!
It's one thing for a single bystander to be too afraid to stand up to the bully. But when 20 people do nothing it's wrong.
Couldn’t agree more! If you posted sooner, I would’ve added you as an MHO!
I don't need the MHO. But I appreciate the gesture. Just wanted to speak my piece and make conversation with you.
Haha thanks! I enjoyed talking to you!
The victim is responsible for feeling butt hurt when they should be standing up for themselves
They're both just as bad. I was bullied a lot as a kid, but not anymore since I am quite intimidating when provoked.
The Bystander- They could do something but choose not to
I got bullied for the longest time... I got choked on front of my peers in a daily basis (among other things)
depends on who the bystander is, if they're your friend (or supposed to be) and they don't have your back then they're worse... they'll probably turn on you when it's convenient for them.
The divisive thinking that contributes to it in the first place.
The bully. The bystanders is basically like anyone with a phone.
