Why do so many white liberals think only Hispanics are maids, gardeners, nannies & cleaners?

Question

A Mexican buddy at work of mine keeps complaining that a very liberal white teacher at his kid's school keep a warning them about ICE and assume that he and his wife are both ilegals. That he works as a gardener & pool cleaner and she as either a babysitter or housekeeper.

Not all liberals are like this, but. . .

Many white liberals are very biased, closed minded, intolerant, and filled with hate. They are motivated to prove how liberal so they can keep their membership in the liberals club, where they feel accepted and validated. They have weak egos and need that external validation. To demonstrate their liberal bona fides, they need to have oppressed people.

Therefore, they are not really motivated to give oppressed people opportunities to better themselves but they prefer to keep them down on the plantation. Since conservatives challenge liberalism and that threatens the liberal's opportunity to prove how truly liberal they are, liberals don't just hate conservatism but they also hate conservatives. Liberals don't have a monopoly on hypocrisy but many of them seem to be filled with it.

Latino's young gen is doing better than us cuz in my Medical college... at least 4 of them are Latino and remaining are immigrants. They receive a lot of racist comments by Old Hags cuz they believe he is there to change some dirty sheets and I never understand their supremacy part either.

That’s sad that a person of authority knows how to trigger inferiority.
Laws, skin color and money know no distinction. We are using these as a scale of classification because humans need method and to cognitively classify.

Underneath all that we still have the same muscle, blood, capillaries and bones color and structure.
We utilize money also uniform in presentation to access health for the same ailments.

Whom ever decided skin expression in one is superior?
It’s intolerance because of these associations humans make in lieu of easier sorting and classification methods.

That is extremely patronizing. My nanny was white and she’s a psychologist now. Also, one of the lawyers I used to work with is Latino. Not only is he a partner, he’s the first Uruguayan person ever elected mayor in the United States. It’s racist to assume that all Latinos are illegals.

Large number of white liberals tend to hold such position precisely because they don't live in the cultural war of multiculturalism. To them immigrants are the people who come to work for them at a lower cost than native Americans. So they see them as such.

It is to the rest of us who live in and among said communities that recognize the conflict of theses different cultures fighting for power over the common goverment to push their equally different interests creates.

Multiculturalism is an insane fantastic that depends upon an common enemy threatening enough to get everyone to forsaken all their other believes to work together against such and even then it doesn't produce good goverment for anyone precisely because you are ignoring all those other issues.

As such the solution is assimilation/amalgamation to make one culture (as will happen naturally given enough time, or segregation into different political entities.

If you believe in each culture's distinctive value then segregation is the only path to preserve it.

If you want assimilation and thus slow selective enrichment then you must limit said immigration to a small enough number as to give one culture a stabilizing local advantage otherwise conflict WILL happen over the direction of said state.
This conflict is what people still living in isolated communities don't see or choose to believe is the fraught their enemies rather than the inevitable power struggle that results from conflicting interests.

Their money lets them put up walls and live in places the aliens can't afford to go protecting them from this conflict.

Yours is a perceptive question. And it's true that for the most part wealthy white liberals like to stereotype Hispanics in America as being "Pablo" the "undocumented immigrant" who mows their yard. And those liberals seem to have a fetish for hiring illegal aliens to perform menial household tasks. If you were to construct a Venn diagram of Hispanics in America along with illegal aliens in America there would be a significant area of overlap, but that overlap would still be a minority of that ethnic group. It serves the political goals of the Left to stereotype ethnic groups and expect them to vote in lockstep accord with the identity politics agenda. Of course, as with African Americans, this is very condescending and assumes that all Hispanics in America are for open borders and unrestricted immigration, when in fact they are not. So for wealthy white liberals "Rosa" the maid and "Pablo" the groundskeeper are useful human props.
