Does Immigration Consultant ask me to Pay Money, Legit Or Scam?

So I applied at monster. com and saw a post of them looking for Accounts Specialist based in Canada which has at least 3 years experience. I applied to the job and I had a phone call and email. I am really interested to pursue this but I hesitated when they ask me money which is kinda big. I tried to question them and they said I need to pay if I will be placed to Canada especially in Visa. I am nervous should I trust them? Or not. I put a screenshot below. The email looks like professional which is @izagoimmigrationadvisors. and the address is also accurate and they have facebook. Please advise thank you!

If these are scammers, surely they would have received complaints of scammers exploiting victims with claims of visas for their country.

Sounds like a scam. Usually if there is money that needs to be paid to an immigration lawyer or consultant, the company that wants to hire you should be the one to pay it. Don't send them any money. These firms typically hire you as a contractor for a low wage and then try to place you with a company who will pay them a much hire wage. And as soon as the contract is over, you'll have to go back to India. Don't do business with them.
