+1 yHer racism jumped out and made her stick her own foot in her big ass mouth. People forget, what you put on the internet stays on the internet and that maybe you should think twice before publicly releasing it. She's tired of hearing about black lives matter cause she doesn't want to have to care about black people or what their going through and that's all there is to it. Nobody telling this heffa to be sad, guilty about being a wHiTe woMan, the fact she literally can't understand it's about helping people of color, African Americans to fight racism and discrimination and to stop being attacked by crooked racist cops... screams how far out of reach she is with reality. We still wouldn't be talking about the shit that went down during slavery IF it wasn't still happening TODAY.
You think just because black people aren't being hung from trees anymore that racism is over? You think just cause you sit next to black person that racism is over? Someone sell this woman a damn parachute so she can come land her ass back to earth. Those are basic human rights, not privileges and doesn't mean it's cure for racism. Of course she thinks we don't deserve reparation, cause that's something that the government promised to do and give to our ANCESTORS, we wouldn't be asking for that if it had already been fulfilled years ago but hasn't.
People like her are having a mental break down cause for the first time ever, someone who doesn't look like her is being catered to and gaining more spotlight. I bet you there's not a single video about her being upset about being tired of seeing lgbt promotion everywhere, or feminist promotion everywhere, her image being promoted everywhere but the the black people asking for support is just too much... lady please. Like she said in the video, I don't care about your feelings, you being doxxed or getting fired.. you did that to yourself now learn from and deal with it. She should of sat there and ate her food.00 Reply

+1 yI think she, like a lot of us, are tired of all the BLM stuff. She is right, none of us living today had slaves, or would many of us own slaves if they could. It is not all the police that are the problem, but a few in states that have discrimination against blacks. Most of our towns have police that do their jobs and show people fair treatment or a little more rough treatment with people who are fighting back against the police. The fact is today people are just not willing to accept authority, including some of these students you read about that are disrespectful to their teachers. Some of these kids need their arse spanked and maybe then they would show teachers, who work hard, the respect they earn. Let's be honest, some of these blacks were criminals who were fighting back against the police. Any time that happens the person could have a gun or a knife so some times they need to be handled differently and when they won't submit to arrest and are fighting or slugging the police officers why would they expect the officers to give them a lolly pop if they would behave? They seem to be in tune with the do the crime and do the time and don't seem to care. Maybe these are the same people who are shooting everyone. I guess there is no freedom of speech anymore if you can get fired for expressing your opinion. As it is we are losing our rights left and right. What is next? You even look cross-eyed at a black and you get fired or there is a riot and protest? *rolls eyes and shakes head to see if anything rattles*

+1 yIntro:
No because it strikes against free speech. Even if this woman's opinion could be considered stupid by others, it still gives NO ONE the right to unfairly strike and judge at this woman, especially with biased intent.
SECTION 1:
Corporations and people will censor, belittle, and act in a reactionary way towards opposite political ideas without bringing ANY single good point or bit of evidence to the table for their own monetary, social, or political gain.
It is simply the trend and I am deeply saddened that people do not have the right to play devil's advocate nor advocate for something against the norm without facing consequences.
This is how discussion devolves into only two sides with no unique ideas. Because toxic people want to gain money, power, or influence. It is simply a fact...
SECTION 2:
I'd be upset if a Marxist was censored over this as well, so don't get me wrong.
I have always advocated for free political discourse because if people are censored on the basis of their political ideals, that will devalue political debate as a whole because it strikes at the core of political debate, A. K. A free speech.
Conclusion:
Using these tactics to better your ideology's position in your nation shows not only a lack of understanding of the fundamentals of progressive politics, but also a lack of skill when it comes to debate. This is also amplified when we see these people can't bring up any good points as well...
I also dare say that this shows a lack of base intelligence and a lack of emotional control that causes these people to not have the capacity to act like normal, mature human beings.60 Reply
+1 yIt sickens me that people in our society have become such sensitive little babies. I agree with everything she said. The idea of BLM is great, but the execution is terroristic. A poor little 8-year-old black girl with ruthlessly murdered yesterday in Atlanta, Georgia, by the "saints" that are part of the Black Lives Matter movement. People have set up checkpoints on major thoroughfares in Atlanta where armed civilians make whites turn around while they let the blacks through their 'checkpoint'. And of course, all the cops have quit their jobs because of the fear of just getting shot out in the streets. It's black folks like these that create the stereotype around black people as a whole as just being stupid hood n*gs. I, of course, don't believe in that. There are many smart, successful, friendly black people in the world. That's just my two cents on this whole "Black lives matter" movement. The harm that's been done has far outweighed the good. Not that any good has come from it yet anyways... Anyways, have a good night, y'all.

+1 yNow personally I agree with her on most of what she said. Now, can a company fire her? If it hurts their profitability then yes. It is a private company and they can do what they want.
However I typically boycott companies that fire people who support leftists and fire rightists. If a company shoes favoritism I typically don't do business with them. The NFL I watched less and less of. I used to be religious watching the NFL and NBA, but now I find myself not even tempted to pick up the remote.
Starbucks is another company. I haven't purchased anything from them in over 10 years. So if you, as a company, wish to make things political then I won't do business with you.40 Reply2.8K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I don't believe so. She wasn't saying she hates all black people or something. The company only cares about its image really, so isn't doing it for benevolent reasons. It's all faux tears and concern.
Plus she kind of has a point. No doubt that blacks are treated poorly, and continue to be so. But ultimately, one must take responsibility for one's life. It doesn't give you free-reign to act like a shit-bag.
Maybe she was naive to think that wouldn't be the consequence in this age, though.20 Reply- 2.3K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yThat hoe is lagging. She should stay tf off of social media if she doesn't wanna hear about it. A lot of people dont support it but they also dont waste their time getting on social media to make it known in longass videos. Firing her may have been a bit much but she should've kept her mouth shut because the company prob feels she makes them look bad. Hopefully She will be forgotten soon... good riddance

And i can't pity her in this followup video. Actions have consequences. She shouldve thought before she made a video. Im glad she's proud of her skintone but she shouldve been more sensitive when expressing why she doesn't support the black lives matter group. She made it seem as if she didn't care about black people period. Its her fault for not going into detail the first time
www.reddit.com/.../
+1 yI didn't even have to watch half of the video😂 once she said what she said glad she ain't got no job cause
Why TF would you say that from over the years what happen to black people an to Goerge Floyd dying we let a lot of shit happen an yet people can still have our backs
Especially when you represent a brand or a network you're ass is long gone an it makes the company look bad too just cause they hire someone like that smh 🤣20 Reply
+1 yOn a side note, BLM does not mean All Black Lives Matter.
For example, if you are a black conservative, a black person who is going to vote for Donald Trump, a black police officer, or anything that disagrees with BLM manifesto, you then are not part of BLM.20 Reply- 1.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yShe’s really stupid, the company has a right to fire her because they probably don’t like what she said. Another woman got fired from her job for supporting blm so why shouldn’t this lady be fired. People get fired for coloring their hair blue, if the company doesn’t like it, they have every right to fire her.

The company does not have any legitimate reason to fire her.
She was on her own time.
Unless a company wants to pay us for a 24/7 working week, that company has no right to dicatate to us what we can or cannot do, or say, on our own time.
I hope that she sues the company for wrongful dismissal. She has a slam dunk case.
You should move to North Korea. You would fit in there. - +1 y
Actually it is legal to fire someone over a social media post, when you work for a company you represent them, when your behavior crosses a stated employer line. Here’s a quote from a companies policy
“Some may wonder why this is not an issue of freedom of speech. Freedom of speech, as defined in our First Amendment rights, protects individuals from governmental restrictions on speech—but it does not, in fact, mean that things we say can never have any consequences at all and does not usually apply to private employers. Employers have the right to impose consequences, and doing so does not infringe on the employee’s First Amendment rights.” Also I don't know why your telling me to move to North Korea when I’m just stating facts, if you have a problem take it up with the company that fired her. Not me - +1 y
It’s similar to when applying to colleges they do a background check on your social media, and if anything is inappropriate or unsuitable they can deny you for that reason
- +1 y
@scarlett774
I do not know from whom, or from where, you have been getting legal advice, but you are wrong.
What you do on your own time is your business.
As soon as you clock off, you are your own master.
Nobody represents their employer on their own time unless they say 'I represent company X''.
Your Communist friends have no idea how the real world works.
- +1 y
As I’ve said before I’m only saying what companies say, this is not my own belief, take it up with her company if you have a problem. Do you think it’s ok if you say “I hate disabled people” and then you work at a hospital?
- +1 y
To be fair what she's saying is a lot more nuanced than the way it's being portrayed. Check my answer.
Also, I believe they can fire you for pretty much nothing in the US, even over your political persuasion or bumper sticker. While they can, it doesn't mean that is a desirable state of affairs. Workers have less protection there. If you can't express a viewpoint without being fired that's a rather sad state of affairs. The company should not own your private time, too. Also, when you send out an email out from your company account, often the signature will say something the lines of, the contents of this message do not necessarily reflect that of the company. Most people should be intelligent enough to differentiate the two.
She made a politically controversial point in the current climate, but it's not as if it was racist, hateful or bigoted. In that case, I would say firing is potentially justified. - +1 y
I used to think that we had freedom of speech in this country, even if you don't agree with them.

+1 yShe wasn't threatening anyone; but companies will fire anyone for potentially giving them a bad image. I'm glad she's able to speak her mind but there will be consequences. If people want to change these companies' policies, then there should be mass boycott or petition. Companies and places only respond to mobs.
21 Reply- +1 y
That's what made the founding fathers so unique; they committed everything and were ready to lose everything for what they believed. You're starting to see that amongst average Americans.
She points out how BLM doesn't care about black people and hate everyone who isn't supportive. This is mob mentality at its finest its the reason why the electoral college was created by the founders in order to prevent mob rule. How many people who support BLM actually know their mission statement?

+1 yIt was legal as long as she was in a fire at will state and as long as gofundme is considered a publisher then it was also legal. That said it was not right and its deeply disturbing that this would happen. Some one having a difference of opinion shouldn't be punished for that, especially not in the US were we are suppose to be living our American values of freedom of speech and expression.
00 Reply No I dont think it was right but I see why it was done. Many people will consider her workers and any associates with being racism if they didn't it wouldn't be a good look. I dont honestly believe what she was saying was entirely racist but I believe that she picked the wrong time to talk about it.

Of course what happened to her was wrong.
It was typical Marxist tactics, though. They are too gutless to face us, so they slither around in the background and do their best to destroy people economically through lies and intimidation.
What happened to this woman illustrated why MGTOWs such as myself do not show our faces and use false names. What happened to her is exactly what women do to us.12 Reply- +1 y

Violent videos?
You sound like another delusional (or lying) Marxist.
What is the nature of these violent videos?
I have not seen any, aside from an occasional video of a man being assaulted by a woman, or a man defending himself after a woman has initiated violence.
@Jamie66 you go ahead and keep playing the role of the simp.
Keep approaching women. See what happens to you.
You live in Britain. Were you aware that the recent anti-catcalling law was worded in a way that made it a crime to approach a female, if, after the event, she decided that she did not like the way in which she was approached?
In Glasgow, in November, 2019, a pick-up artist who was shooting a video about cold approaching on the street (admittedly, he was a sleazy creep) was sentenced to two years in prison. The principle, though, is that he was sentenced to two years in prison because he approached women on the street.
www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-50137960
If you want to take that sort of a risk, go ahead.
The next female to whom you simply say 'good morning' might be an insane Feminist who will scream rape, or harassment.
I look forward to reading about you in the media.
Here is another case from Britain.
A man's life was destroyed by a false rape allegation by a batshit insane Indian actress.
He had simply walked past her on a rail platform.
Imagine what a female can do to you after a date.

I know she got fired for this, and I think she should have been expecting to be fired in this environment. And yes, I can see why her employer would fire her since it could affect their profitability. You represent the company you work for at the end of the day.

Now that you guys don't like the way things are headed, you patriots are talking about overthrowing the government I'm assuming if your orange God doesn't win reelection. I guess if you guys do it, it's not treason and you guys aren't traitors, just desperate people trying to do what's right. Could you clowns possibly be bigger hypocrites? You don't even have the guts to use your make believe screen name on your comment. You're not overthrowing a Goddamn thing.

What?
Opinion Owner+1 y@HappyAccident sorry. did i stutter? haha. I'm saying they're attacking people who disagree with them and ruining their lives for simply disagreeing with their group. That's some Nazi shit right there. Nobody deserves to lose their job for simply not conforming to what the left and the BLM terrorist group demands. This is not 1940's Germany. And I'm saying that BLM has a legitimate cause to raise concern about, but they do not have the right to terrorize anyone who dares disagree with them. K thanks bye.
- +1 y
But even you have to agree the way the world is now there's no room for being racist even in a company who makes money like that that's like how I'm black an Im a YT an I come out saying I support Anti BLM or white supremacists AUTOMATICALLY when 100s an 1000s of people see my tweet or video my ass is getting destroyed because why we went through a lot of shit over years an years under white people yea things are a little better but showing support to a community is letting "People" Know that no one should live like this it's not that hard to read in-between the lines my guy think about it
Opinion Owner+1 y@HappyAccident I'll never agree that "not supporting BLM" automatically makes someone racist. That's bs. Also, there is room for people's feelings and opinions in this country that fought and bled to give us free speech. We have the right to feel however we want. That's protected. We don't, or we shouldn't have the right to violently act on those feelings however, and the only ones getting away with that ARE BLM and the rioters who are standing with them in the streets for the past month. So no, I don't believe we should lose our ability to feed our children and pay for our homes because we have different feelings about racial issues than some other people do.
- +1 y
Yea ofc you don't have support BLM or the LGBT community but being Anti
Think of it like this it's the same way when you're in school let's say elementary you're teacher starts talking about you're founding fathers ok cool history lesson but history lesson for white people not anyone of colour cause why that's what it's always been evolved around yea they may say who took whose country why kill the Indians an all that but it was still about white people
It's like when I've heard of the Harlem shake I thought it was made by some white guy just being goofy till I come to find out a black person made that dance forgot what year like 90s or something an yet when people were making videos they thought it was white people too until someone put out a tweet or a video between one of the 2 saying what he/she said about the dance

Companies Have a right to fire you if they don’t like them representing and saying things, we have the right to wear thing we want but a company can stop fire you for wearing certain clothes or dying your hair a certain color or having tattoos that are visible.
