It is not a news station now but a promotion station for Trump that promotes lies and made up facts. The FCC should not allow such a channel to be called news and pretend it is doing a public good. It is clear violation of FCC rules.

As far as I know the FCC doesn't even get involved in content. They are in it mainly from a technical point of view.

FCC approved a licence for a news channel. Repeating lies and imaginary thoughts that are easily verified as propaganda by true journalists is not news.

The 1 amendment of the constitution gives everyone a right to freedom of the press.

Just watch the last 10 min. They do it 24/7. Propaganda is their only purpose at this point. That is why Trump will not do any interviews with others. Because they will ask him hard questions and call him out on lies. lol
