*All educational institutions in the United States or any other place that receive US taxpayer money and which permit rioting equivalent to that at the Columbia university campus will forfeit it for a period of 5 years unless the entire executive administration resigns, without severance pay, immediately upon first occurrence. that funding denial will occur for two years where the resignations have occurred immediately.
*Any student identified as having participated in said rioting will be summarily expelled from said educational institutions and shall be ineligible for future student loans or grants from any institution.
*Any educational institution implicated in said rioting shall subsequently have any donations to its endowment to by any parties taxed at the standard federal Corporate or Capital gains tax rate, whichever is higher.
