If governments are so concerned about their birth rates why don't they have incentives for white people or Asian's to have larger families?

Why is it that countries would rather not do anything about their falling birth rates but rather import people from Islamic countries or 3rd world countries like Africa, India, Pakistan where Abortions and contraception's are considered a luxury to the 2 % of the population (rich).

Like during and after WW II the western governments put in place programs that would promote family growth and such. Durring those time's the government did not have to depend on boat people to fill it's leftist Quota as being *Accepting of new cultural and religious fanatics*. Now days the government would rather bring people from 3rd world countries to populate their falling birth rates. It's like Britain, use to be all white people in now by 2040 it will be an majority Islamic country complete with Sharia law and will be officially a 100 % shit hole where you don't need grooming gangs to rape little girls because they would make it legal. It's called Cultural suicide and the west is pretty good and killing it's self. Even the US is killing it self by teaching the young people to hate the American Flag.

The only country I look up to would be Austria where they actually will pay their citizens and encourage families to have kids through tax incentives etc... and don't care to open their doors to the massive influx of these young Arab men coming from the Middle east. Unlike France and German did, come on IN our social welfare is yours and our women and girls are yours too.
